  • Color Coding

Srapbooking, a visual artform to many, therefore the colors, and the way that you use them is very important. It is important for the end product to be visually pleasing to the eye and it is also nice to use color to make your photos 'pop' at the same time! For those who would like some color advice there are some really neat web sites , such as www.adobe.comwww.colorcombo.com .  Another rule that one can follow when scrapbooking is the simple color rules from the days of Kindergarten: primary colors are RED, YELLOW, & BLUE and the secondary colors are ORANGE, GREEN,& PURPLE. It is also fun to browse through a home decorating magazine like Better Homes & Gardens, too get a feel for what the seasons popular colors are. Fashion magazines are good for this too. At the same time you can get some ideas for some layouts also! * Remember: Colors are fun, but you can always have TOO MUCH of a good thing!
